Rizer.io is a platform designed to help you transform your CRM’s “lost” leads into a steady stream of sales opportunities. Our Service integrates with your existing CRM system, analyzes and categorizes lost deals, and re-engages them using automated, AI-powered nurturing emails and personalized campaigns. Whether you are looking to clean up your pipeline, boost qualified leads, or maximize the long-term value of every opportunity, our solution is built with your sales success in mind.
Communications
By creating an account on our Service or signing up for our waitlist, you consent to receive newsletters, product updates, marketing materials, and promotional messages from us. If you prefer not to receive such communications, you may opt out by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in our emails or by contacting us at support@rizer.io.
Account Registration
When you create an account with us, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately at support@rizer.io if you suspect any unauthorized use or breach of your account.
Purchases and Subscription Plans
Some features of our Service are available via paid subscriptions (“Subscription(s)”). If you purchase a Subscription, you agree to:
a) Provide accurate billing information and a valid payment method (such as a credit card or PayPal).
b) Pay all fees and applicable taxes in connection with your Subscription, billed in advance as selected (monthly, annual, or as otherwise specified).
c) Allow us to automatically charge your payment method for recurring Subscription fees.
Unless otherwise required by law, Subscription fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify Subscription fees and will provide you with reasonable notice before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
Free Trials
At our sole discretion, we may offer a free trial (“Free Trial”) for a limited period. If you sign up for a Free Trial, you may be required to provide billing information. If you do not cancel before the end of your Free Trial, you will automatically be enrolled in a paid Subscription.
Content Submitted by Users
Our Service may allow you to post, store, share, and otherwise make available materials, including text, data, graphics, images, or other content (“Content”). You are solely responsible for all Content you upload or otherwise provide. By submitting Content via our Service, you confirm that:
